What “defined” means. Defined means this runs the same way for life: a fixed channel of self-expression rooted in the present. Open would mean you borrow your sense of self from others. You don't. The selfhood and its voice are yours, always live.
What it means for you
- You are wired to be authentically yourself and to express it in the moment. The integrity of being who you are is the whole point.
- It lives in the now. This is not a plan to become yourself someday; it is being yourself, out loud, today.
- Self-love is the foundation, not vanity. Loving your own nature is what lets the voice ring true rather than perform a version of you.
The range, low to high
ShadowSuperficiality meeting self-obsession. Performing a self, or so wrapped in your own identity that nothing real gets through.
GiftSelf-assurance meeting naturalness. Simply being who you are, in the present, with no act required.
