1. What this is
SuperMap.Me provides self-knowledge profiles, reports, articles, and related content synthesized across systems such as Human Design, the Gene Keys, the Enneagram, and astrology. By using this site you agree to these terms.
SuperMap.me is operated by Limevee LLC, doing business as House Infinite. Questions, refunds and session bookings go to hello@supermap.me.
2. Not professional advice
Everything on this site is for reflection, education, and entertainment. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals. Decisions you make based on any profile, report, or article are your own responsibility.
3. Independence and intellectual property
SuperMap.Me is an independent project. “Human Design” and “Gene Keys” are trademarks of their respective owners; SuperMap.Me is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Jovian Archive, Gene Keys Publishing, or any other tradition holder. References to these systems are descriptive.
All interpretations, articles, reports, and visual designs on this site are original work and the property of SuperMap.Me. You may not republish or resell them. Your own profile document is yours: you may download it, keep it forever, and use it anywhere, including pasting it into AI tools.
4. Your data and your profile
Profiles are generated from the birth data you provide. You own your profile. There is no lock-in: your profile is exportable as plain markdown and remains useful without this site. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
5. Purchases
Paid reports are one-time purchases delivered digitally. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own checkout page. If a paid report fails to generate or is materially defective, contact us and we will regenerate it or refund it. Separately, for seven days after purchase: install your SuperMap, ask it three real questions, and if the answers do not describe how you actually work, send us that conversation and we refund you in full. You keep the files. After seven days, purchases are final.
Immediate delivery. Your SuperMap is ready to download as soon as payment goes through. Before you pay, Stripe's checkout page asks you to tick a box that reads: “I ask for my SuperMap to be delivered immediately, and I understand that my right to withdraw from the purchase ends once it is delivered, except as the seven-day guarantee in the terms states.” If you live in the EU or the UK, you would otherwise have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase; that box is your request for immediate delivery and your acknowledgement that the right ends once it is delivered. The seven-day guarantee above still applies.
The seven-day guarantee covers the install. A session bought with it follows section 6.
6. Sessions with Chris
A session is 90 minutes with Chris, who built SuperMap, for founders and business owners who have the install. You go through your profile and the way you work, and how to bring SuperMap into the systems you already run. The price is the one shown at checkout.
- Booking. After purchase, email hello@supermap.me to choose a time. Book your session within 60 days of purchase.
- Rescheduling. You can move a booked session up to 24 hours before it starts.
- If we cancel. A session that is not held for reasons on our side is refunded in full.
- If you miss it. A booked session you miss without notice is not refunded.
- EU and UK buyers. You can cancel a session that has not yet taken place within 14 days of purchase, for a full refund of the session.
- What it is not. A session is guidance for reflection. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice (see section 2).
7. Acceptable use
- Don't scrape, bulk-download, or republish the library or report content.
- Don't generate profiles from other people's birth data without their consent.
- Don't use the service to harass, defraud, or harm anyone.
8. No warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperMap.Me disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or its content.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves; the effective date above will change when they do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
