What “defined” means. Defined means this runs the same way for life: a fixed channel of democratic leadership. Open would mean you borrow your sense of direction from others. You don't. The voice and the sense of where to go are yours.
What it means for you
- You are wired to lead, but by being chosen. Influence here flows from people electing your voice, not from seizing position.
- The leadership serves the group's future. Gate 7 sees where things should head; Gate 31 gives it a voice that others want to follow.
- Spoken for the right reasons, the influence is real. Spoken to dominate or for ego, it loses the very election it depends on.
