Digestion: Sound (High / Low)
Determination, the digestion Variable, is how you best take in life and food, experience first, nutrition included. Sound is your determination color, and its two tone expressions are High Sound and Low Sound.
What it means for you
- Sound is the determination color (the way you absorb). In aHumanDesign's framing the governing condition is altitude, foods grown at high or low elevation and the environments that go with them. Tone then sets the expression, toward higher ground or lower ground.
- High Sound takes in best with high-altitude foods, fruits, vegetables, grains, and herbs from elevated regions, and often feels most energized and clear in mountainous or higher environments. The body tends to absorb well and the mind tends to settle when intake and setting carry that elevation.
- Low Sound takes in best with foods from lower elevations and the environments that suit them, the body absorbing more easily when nourishment and surroundings match lower ground. The experiment is noticing which elevation of food and place the system actually responds to.
